2. Hosting and server log files
This website is hosted by Netlify, Inc. (USA). When you visit the site, the hosting provider processes the technical data your browser transmits, in particular your IP address, the date and time of the request, the requested page and information about your browser and device. This is necessary to deliver and secure the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, legitimate interest). The data is not used to identify visitors. Where data is transferred to the USA, this relies on the safeguards offered by the provider, such as EU Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
3. Contact form and email
If you use the contact form, we process your name, email address and message in order to answer your enquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR). The form is processed by Netlify (Netlify Forms), which stores the submission and forwards it to the band's email account at mail.de (mail.de GmbH, Germany). Netlify may filter submissions automatically for spam. We delete enquiries once the matter is resolved, unless a legal retention duty applies. The same applies if you write to us directly by email.
